"Very UNPROFESSIONAL by not communicating and the agency raised my premium three times within a two month period and mailed information to my residence with my name wrong . Information on insurance cards wrong information and the amount raised was over $75. I was quoted one number at the begining of policy and changed without notice. This was not a good experience and very frustrated and stressful."
